I can still remember when I was in highschool that I used to play volleyball because this is my favorite sport. I love serving the ball down to the receiving team. I like this sport because it gives less effort in running but what is important is that you know how to keep your eyes to the ball and be sure to hit the ball directly to the receiving team. If you're the one to receive the ball be sure that it should not touch the ground and hit it back to the receiving team.
Volleyball is a teamsport played by two teams of six players that are in a playing court divided by a net. The object of the game is for each team to send the ball regularly over the net to ground it on the opponents court, and to prevent the ball from being grounded in it's own court. The ball is get into play by the right back-row player who serves the ball by hitting it over the net to the opponents court. A team is allowed to hit the ball three times (in addition to the block contact) to return it to the opponents court. A player is not allowed to hit the ball twice consecutively, except when attempting a block. The rally continues until the ball touches the ground/floor, goes “out” or a team fails to return it to the opponents court or commits a fault.
The volleyball point scoring is that the team winning a rally scores a point (Rally point System). When the receiving team wins a rally, it gains a point and the right to serve, and its player rotate one position clockwise.
The best of three or best of five games will win matches. Each non-deciding game will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding game it will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum two-points advantage (no scoring cap).
If you will try volleyball you would surely say that this is really an enjoyable game. A very interesting sport which will really make you enjoy.
